Alexa and interior Smart Lights

It is painful because no "what ifs" for Alexa. I have a three commands. 1. Create routine to turn on my interior garage lights when garage door 1 is unlocked. Works well enough, decent delay though. 2. Disable above routine 30 minutes before sunrise. 3. Enable above routine 30 minutes after sunset. 4. Repeat steps for additional garage doors. Alexa unfortunately announces, I can't find away to stop it, the enables and disables so I turn the volume to 1. Then created additional routines to adjust the volume to normal. If someone has something better let me know!
