3. I used to get an audio alert on my device that my door was either opening or closing but it hasn’t done that in a while. I can’t seem to fix it in Settings.

I have an iPhone 6 and an iPad 7th generation

3. I used to get an audio alert on my device that my door was either opening or closing but it hasn’t done that in a while. I can’t seem to fix it in Settings.

I deleted the app and reinstalled from the App Store. It didn’t seem to help. I have meant to contact you months ago as it hasn’t given me audio messages like it did when I first installed it.
