    Thanks for your email Scott.  Just now checked my router and it was blocking the Tailwind.  Unblocked it and everything is now working.  Thanks for your help!

    Powered cycled everything as instructed. Still offline. Reset the device. Still offline.

    You are correct, it is a yellowish / pale green color. Have had it for several months and it worked fine until a few days ago.

    Still offline. Light is green. Rebooted the router multiple times. Noticed that the "Device Details" in the "Device Settings" is not updated - see a spinning circle. Frustrated.
