well i was able to unlink both sides, remove (forget) the device in Alexa, reboot everything (my phone and tailwind), then add both skills (custom and smart home) back. The smart home skill require...

I am trying to do this "upgrade" and the Smart Home skill will not accept my tailwnd credentials (which i know are correct because the Custom skill did). Maybe want to wait until they respond to me...
