Is it possible to flip the switch and say if the device is connected to my wifi I could be on the same wifi network and access it? If you're not on my wifi then it would not work.

Bidslam, yeah they should have communicated, I agree but they aren't losers. Verizon, Comcast, you name it all go down and they don't tell us...

Still hands down the best service and product available. Everyone has issues. Google, Netflix, AWS...but communication is key. Scott and team are the best. I love my Tailwind and I tell everyone.
