Trying to use Tailwind with Shortcuts and HomeKit

I have connected Tailwind into my Homekit. However, it seems to want to control all 3 garage doors as one. That is, if I ask Siri to "Open Garage Door 1", they all open even though there is an accessory in HomeKit with the name Garage Door 1".

Also, tried separately to use ShortCuts to achieve this. Siri knows about the Shortcuts but will not open the door.

I'm probably not accurately depicting the issue I have but I'm hoping others may have thoughts on how I can make either HomeKit or Shortcut treat the doors independently.

Hi Scott,

Sorry for the late reply. I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else. We don't have a command to "open all doors" so if you're asking Siri to "open garage door 1" and all 3 doors open, that's something you'll have to take up with Apple because it means Siri is sending 3 separate commands instead of just a command to the door you want to control. That's really weird.
