I have the same problem. In fact, I stripped the hex bolt trying to tighten it. Basically had to zip tie it to the track. It's not tight, but the tautness of the cable seems to hold in place.

I should have updated. not sure how you zip tied it without blocking the rollers from going up and down, but Support came back to me and suggested bending the bracket a little more open. I  scared myself as the bracket was bending more at the joint with the main body, I was nervous it would break off. As it turned out, it isn’t fully fitting but I now have it screwed in place and it is holding. I am about to go out and attach the magnet and fully fix it up. Will report back. I’d suggest for future products having a better way to adjust the arc of the bracket to better match different roller rail casings.

I had a hole in my track and ran a bolt through that and tied to it.

Well, it took a few months of “round to its”, but got the whole kit and kaboodle installed today. Hot damn, it works like a charm. Linked up a sensor and while my preference would be to have the door triggered within 150’, the minimum is 250’. That is a change from the initial specs it seems as the documentation says 150’. That being said, it works like a charm. A little concerned as my wifi strength is -77 or -78, which the videos suggest could be problematic. I may invest in a wifi extender.

But overall, it is hooked into Apple HomeKit nicely and working from there. Wife’s phone can control it as well, even without having set her up on Tailwind app as yet.

This is really slick. May have sold another one to a friend who was visiting as I cleaned up the setup process. He liked the functionality…
