Just finished wiring up an iQ3 and am trying to set it up in the app. Running on an iPhone 12 Mini, iOS 15.5. Scans the controller code, goes through the setup new user process until I get to the confirmation code. Tried several times, but it will not send me a confirmation email. Nothing showing up in Spam either. I did get a response from support to this address, so I know my email is working.
Having no luck with that, I set up a new account on the web site. It accepted and logs me in every time I open the home page. But the app will not recognize my login credentials. This is extremely frustrating because I cannot get into the app to set up or test anything. I’ve gotten no response from support other than an acknowledgment that my issue is being reviewed. No notification anywhere that there’s an issue with the app, just a totally useless app and hardware. Not a very happy customer at the moment.
