    Pffft. 4 months later and no response. I am in the same boat. Were you ever able to resolve the issue? Any tips?

    Your best bet would be to reach out to the previous owner and they will have to delete the account. I still had the delivery box so I searched for that person on google and luckily found him on LinkedIn

    Otherwise, email to support@gotailwind.com and Scott will get back to you. They have to initiate some kind of process to unlink the previous account, usually takes few days as per the email.
