Device locked
Purchased used tailwind device and while finishing the registration is says device locked contact support. Any support will be much appreciated. I created a support ticket but no response so far.

Your best bet would be to reach out to the previous owner and they will have to delete the account. I still had the delivery box so I searched for that person on google and luckily found him on LinkedIn
Otherwise, email to support@gotailwind.com and Scott will get back to you. They have to initiate some kind of process to unlink the previous account, usually takes few days as per the email.
