The tailwind app forgot my device, now I can't get it to work
Today I noticed that tailwind wasn't working to auto open/close, and my integration with google assistant wasn't working. I checked the app and it no longer sees my device. I attempted to reset the device, but it connects to the network fine, just not to the app. What's happening and how do I fix it?

Please contact us at support@gotailwind.com and let our team know what email you used to register your system. We have to fix it for you from the server side. So sorry for the inconvenience! We have identified the root cause of this and have stopped it from happening further, but if you just let us know your Tailwind login email we can fix it for you and get you back online.
