The tailwind app forgot my device, now I can't get it to work

    Please contact us at support@gotailwind.com and let our team know what email you used to register your system. We have to fix it for you from the server side. So sorry for the inconvenience! We have identified the root cause of this and have stopped it from happening further, but if you just let us know your Tailwind login email we can fix it for you and get you back online.

    I’m having the same problem and I use an iPhone. The app has forgotten my device. However, everything still works in HomeKit. I don’t know what to do.
