Not opening door when approach

It seems that the app no longer opens the garage door when I approach the driveway. It started about a week ago and thought it was my phone as it received an upgrade from Samsung. I have checked all my settings and all are as per guide and way they were before. Any ideas Thank you

  I am having the same issue with my garage opening SOMETIMES but not most of the time in approach. My wife and I both use iPhones (16 Pro & 16 Pro Max) and we have the Vehicle Sensor set up to Medium

  I have not been able to resolve this issue as it is happening on 3 vehicles, 2 using Bluetooth and 1 a senser
  I guess it's a phone issue and will remove the tailwind app and start anew
  Hopefully this brings an me an open and shut door

  I have the Samsung s26 ultra and prior to this phone s24 ultra. Both worked only when my phone VPN setting is off and I'm assuming your phone is connected to your vehicle and vehicle Bluetooth to your tailwind. I hope that helps.

  Thanks for your input. I check my phones VPN setting and it is off. Will test out
