I own tailwind that i use at home. My son has a tailwind in Florida in his condo. He sent me permission so i could open the garage when I got here. As I approach I have to open the app and hit his tailwind connection and press the picture of the door to open it.  However I can’t seem to find a way to have the door open automatically when I arrive. Is this possible? This is a vacation home so he is not present all the time when I am here.

  Hi Kim,

  Yes it is possible. If you set up the auto-open for your house on your phone, just do the exact same thing for his.
