    Hi Chet,

When you replaced the audio system with the Pioneer, did you delete the vehicle from your app and then add it back again and choose the Pioneer bluetooth connection? If you didn't do that, please do so.

Yes there is absolutely a tool in the app you can use to verify if things are working correctly in real time. Just go to the main menu (tap the top left corner of the app to bring it up). Then tap on "Diagnostic Tool". Once you start driving that tool will show real-time data such as bluetooth connection status, GPS accuracy, speed, commands being sent to the door, whether the algorithm has determined if you're arriving or leaving, etc.

We have customers using all kinds of bluetooth connections with their Android phones. Some motorcycle riders even use their bluetooth intercoms in their helmets.
