Latest android app permission issue

I do not use the auto open/close feature and per previous direction I disabled the run all the time and location permissions as it was not needed. Now with the latest android app update it gives me a pop-up requiring these permissions before I can use the app. There is a cancel button but it just goes back to the pop-up. Please add back the option to not have the app run always in the background if not using auto open/close.

  Hi Brian,

  I've asked the Android team about this. You are 100% correct it should not require this permission if no vehicles are configured. If this slipped through the cracks on the update we will push another update quickly to remedy it.

  I won't have access to an Android phone personally for the next couple days, but the team obviously does and I reported this to them as a high priority issue. If we missed this, we need to fix it and push an update.

  No problem. This has already been fixed and an update was uploaded. Just waiting for Google to approve it so we can release it to everyone.
