Door opening only 1 foot

One of my doors will only open 1 foot. before stopping. 

It opens fully if I use the button on the wall.

It opens fully if I use the keypad on the wall outside the garage.

It only opens a foot when using the app or with bluetooth in the car.

  It could also be that you have the open set to 2 pulses, which is mentioned a bit further down in the same article.

  Thanks Scott.  I did not have the pulse settings set so that seemed to be the easiest thing to try. I set them to 1 for that door and tested it and all is good now.
