Tailwind online It Indicates my garage is offline

When I go Tailwind Site it indicates "Seems garage door opener is offline." However, my tailwind app does not indicate the same, it works as usual.

What could account for the difference?

  Getting the same on phone and web app -- Android 12 so I don't think it's on this end:

  As soon as my phone hits my home wifi, the device shows up. But I can't access it from anywhere else now--and that's an important feature to me.  Thanks.

  Hi Bryan,

  I just checked from here and it is showing online. You should have access to it from anywhere as long as your phone has internet and you haven't blocked our app from accessing the mobile network.

  Hi Michael,

  It appears that whatever network your computer is on is blocking communication. I just checked and it is absolutely online in the web dashboard. I find this also happens to me when I'm in the network at our local college. The IT department blocks something that causes it to show offline in the web application.

  I will have to dig into my phone settings and see what changed.  I use Google Fi and sometimes they like to "optimize" things without asking ;-)
