Metric / Imperial and AM/PM

I just installed Tailwind, it was a breeze and works perfectly.
However, I really wish there was a setting that lets you choose between metric and imperial. “Feet” makes little sense in most of the world, and it’s a bit of an annoyance to have to convert. Same goes for AM/PM, if I am not mistaken most countries use the 24 hour clock.

  Yes this is coming. We are working on a major UI update and this is part of it.
