iQ3 2.1 with 3 button wall control

iQ3 2.1 with j track sensor wired up. Wall control buttons all work ( open, stop, and close) and door status in the app gets correctly updated. When I try to use the app to open or close I can hear the relay kick ,but nothing happens.
