Issue with Device

I recently had issues trying to open or close my installed doors.  Both have worked fine for a couple of years.  Now when I click on either door it says the device is disabled.  When I look neither is disabled.  I cycled the device.  No help.  I deleted and tried to re-install the device.  Scan the QR and it finds it.  It has the wifi cached so I type in the correct password.  It says the credentials are wrong. They are correct. I am stuck.  I used the reset button and it was blinking blue.  Need help.

  figured it out.  I was on the 5G network during set up.  Switched to 2.4G and it worked fine.  All set.
