Installation on an Apollo 636 Board (1600) with Digi-Code module

wanting to get a tailwind to install a gate and a garage.  I believe for the garage I would like a J rail mount contact.  I do not know what i need to order for the gate however.  Which door sensor?  Do i need to order 2 hubs? 

 

Also is it possible to set a night lite connected to a smart plug to come on when the gate or garage is open?

  For your garage, a J-rail mount contact is perfect. For the gate, use a universal door/gate sensor compatible with your Apollo 636 (1600) and Digi-Code module — no need for a second hub; one hub can handle both.

  Yes, you can connect a smart plug to a night light and use automation so it turns on whenever the gate or garage opens. Make sure your sensor triggers are integrated with the smart plug app or your automation platform.
