Partial open/ close

After the firmware update, when I use the app to open it will only lift up a foot stop. I have to locally open door to have it fully open. When I close it on my app, it will only close about a foot and stop. Any suggestions?

  Try recalibrating the door limits from the app settings or control panel. The firmware update likely reset the open/close limits, so recalibration should fix the partial movement issue.
