Android App keeps losing device

Having a problem recently with the android app losing the device. Indicator light on device is green. Device is definitely connect to WiFi as it respond to Alexa commands. However in the app itself when I click on device settings the Device Details is blank with just a spinning loop. And the widget just shows tap to reload. None of the app initiated functions work. Yet I do receive notifications. Tried the usual unplugging to restart, resetting Wifi, etc. Sometimes it may reconnect for the app for a while and then its gone again.

  Just thought it might a good idea to blank out your street address.
