No replies from support about installation with round yellow learn button

In the instructions for installation, it says to email support if I have a round yellow learn button for "special instructions" -- I did that days ago and have received no replies. Is anyone actually providing support for this product?

  Did you ever get a reply. Have new install and still waiting to get my unit unlocked.
