Sensor disc not found

Had to go to iPhone for work and had to buy the sensors to keep auto open. I get the flashing lights that it's on but my phone just says searching in the tailwind app and can't find anything. What am I doing wrong?

  I'm honestly not sure Dave. I've never experienced that and any time I've had a tech support on this that I can recall, it was because the sensor wasn't turned on or a permission was not turned on.

  Maybe check to make sure bluetooth permission, location permission, and precise location permission are all turned on. The light on the sensor "flickers" when it turns on and gives one solid flash when it turns off. Should show up when you go to add a sensor.
