Installation problem "Please ensure the required data is supplied in your request" error
Trying to install the opener on an Overhead Door Legacy 850 garage door opener. The Tailwind App on my iPhone 11 Pro scans the barcode and launches the process ok. Got the parts installed and connections made. The setup seems to go ok, appears to connect to WiFi and the light turns green I'm then asked to stand 20' from the door and walk slowly towards it to confirm and set the location. The app says the location is good, but when I push the NEXT button I get this following error: "Please ensure that required data is supplied in your request". I've gone through this a few times, to try to make sure everything is inputted correctly, but can't get past this point. Please help, have no idea what to do next.
When I look in the app, it shows my opener as I named it, with a button to update firmware. If I click that, it says "seems garage door opener is offline, but the light on it is green.
