I received the iQ3 for Christmas, and finally had the time to install it. I couldn't connect to the internet, so I thought the signal wasn't strong enough. I bought a wifi extender, but I still can't get it connected in my garage. I can connect it to wifi when I'm right next to the router (not the extender), but I can't update the firmware.
From reading other posts here, it seems like units shipped in December may be dead on arrival. Now I'm past the return window, but the website says it has a 1-year warranty. I would like to use this product, not return it, but I submitted a service request and haven't received any response.
Anyone know what I can do to get this working?
