My door is opening by itself and I’m not home!

I was sitting at lunch today (Sunday 12/6) and saw my app open and tell me that my door was opening. Checked my cameras at home and my door was up. This is a security issue. What do I need to do to stop this?

  Hi Matt,

  Please contact support@gotailwind.com. We have some diagnostic tools to help determine what happened, but time is of the essence. Please also open your history screen, showing the time / action when the door opened and send a screenshot of it to support. That will help.
