There are no outages reported. There are some issues with the integrations that we are still working on (Alexa, IFTTT, Smart Things), and a couple hiccups in the apps still. Hoping to have those issues sorted out by morning.

I'm happy to help diagnose. I'm behind on getting back to people at the moment though. My inbox took quite the beating.

Thanks for the heads-up on remaining integration issues.
    1) Alexa skills/commands not functioning, as you advised

    2) Also, “opening” one of my garage doors via the app, functions properly.  However, at present, 815pm Central, “closing” does not fx via the app; at least immediately. The app appears to hang and never closes.  If I exit the app. Reopen the app. Press the door icon to again attempt to close. Door begins closing. App immediately displays a msg that the garage door is offline. Which it is not. Nothing urgent.

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the feedback. That is definitely strange behaviour. Are you on Android or iPhone?

Could I bother you to please open the door with the app. Wait for the door to finish opening all the way. Please watch the color of the status light on the Tailwind controller while this is happening and note any changes. Then attempt to close the door with the app. You should hear the familiar beeping and see the light flashing almost instantly after you tap to close the door.

Then the door should start to close immediately following the beeping (as I'm sure you know).

In your case you get the door to open, and then when you try to close it, it shows "offline" right after you tap to close it - if I  have understood this correctly.

If you are able to reproduce the problem again, please stop everything as soon as the problem occurs, and as soon as possible please navigate to the main menu of the app (tap in the top left corner) and then tap on "Send bug report". Fill in a few details and send it. Then please ping me to let me know you sent it. I'll have our team have a look at it. I will say I have had this happen to me before as well, but it was maybe twice (I test it daily many, many times) and it immediately recovered with a screen refresh. I remember thinking "That was odd", but then could not reproduce it again.

Please let me know if you send a report.

    Hi Marius,

Your Tailwind controller is offline. Please try restarting your WiFi router and modem. When the Tailwind controller goes offline for an extended period of time, it will automatically keep rebooting itself, and then reconnect to the WiFi network in an attempt to reconnect to the servers. We've received some reports that some routers / modems don't like this and end up blocking it.

Stanley your Tailwind controller is online as of a little less than 2 hours ago. If you still can't see it online in your app please let me know. It's definitely online and has a good WiFi signal strength.

    Hi Scott...

So why is the light/controller stable green? and later today I got a message from the app that the garage was opened, then

it stopped working again when I opened the app ...

    Hi Marius,

Looks like it restarted an hour ago and it's online now with a decent wifi signal. We use multiple servers for different features. What I meant earlier is that it was offline with the control server. Sometimes this is caused by WiFi routers or modems blocking communications with that server.

    Hopefully you're all good now.

    Hi Scott

My mistake :) After your first server outage,  I started to troubleshoot my Unifi network, and

missconfigured my mesh network. Everything is OK :)

Thx for the follow up :)
