I am preaching to the choir but here goes, this is a great device, when it works.

But it only has value when it is at least 4 9's of uptime (99.99 percent).  This is not the type of device that one would expect to work "most" of the time, (honestly, we have not even been getting that, we are only getting "some" of the time) This is 2020, We all buy it and expect it to work "ALL" of the time.

I have loved it when it is working but I"m done.   Cannot put up with all the outages.
