Just replied to your post in the other thread on this. We are not down, and you can always see the system status at the top of the support page.
Support please ignore as I can see it is down. Just saw the notice on your website. Guess AWS it is again.
Is the service down? My app shows no internet connection even though I do have internet access. I have already unplugged my tailwind device and plugged it back in.
