System down AGAIN!!!

Service is down again. It's been broken for days. All they say 8s "be patient or "hang in there"!! I've been hanging for days and my patience is just about done.

  I loved the service when I installed it and it worked. But this is getting ridiculous. Do they not have a rollback plan or backups in the event of a failed production deployment?
