This is twice in a month. Not good at night when my wife comes home and the door will not open.

I cannot apologize enough. We are working on fixing this and getting the reliability back to where it was for the last 3 years.

Hi Michele,
Yes unfortunately we are experiencing an extended service interruption. We have been sending out notifications through the Tailwind app about it to try to reach as many customers as we can. Our team is working day and night to restore the service. I have provided the technical details in the thread below if you're interested.
