    Mine lost connectivity and has not gone online. Wants me to reset WIFI settings, like I need to start over. Anyone else still down?

    I read they are aware and working on it. Not a big deal. Just posting so they are aware of issue. Don’t bother resetting. Hopefully they get it fixed by end of day tomorrow .

    Why is the network still down. this has been going on all day. I can't secure up my property with this being down. Let's get this fixed or I need to look at a different manufacturer.

    My unit is connected to the Wi-Fi but the cloud service is apparently still down. Some features like diagnostics and history are working but the tailwind unit is apparently not communicating with the Tailwind server. Wonder if there needs to be a backup server on a different cloud platform?
