What's going on?????
Why isn't the system back up yet??? This is horrible customer service and very poor communication as to what's going on. You say you are on it but it's been more than 9 hours. Come on, if you want your company to survive in this really competitive world, you will be more transparent and communicative about what's going on and when you expect the problem to be resolved.
I'm sorry you didn't receive our communications. We issued the following communications
1) Sent a service disruption message through the app
2) Posted a service disruption banner at the top of our support page
3) Posted a service disruption post in the "Using Tailwind" section of our support site.
4) Sent an update on the service disruption message through the app
5) Posted updates to the service disruption in the "Using Tailwind" section of our support site.
Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are working hard to improve the reliability of our service and have resources dedicated to this goal.
