Central resource- place to inquire on outage recovery status updates
Is there something I can do about the issues I am having with system being down?
If not, please point me to a URL that provides more information about the outage and status of recovery.
I love the product and app, was a relatively early adopter, recommended (& Helped install) for for a number of my neighbors. They are all in the same boat and wondering.

Hi Matt,
There are 2 ways to know. One is to check the "Using Tailwind" section. You went into the "Community Guidelines" section of our website. The "Using Tailwind" has a thread pinned to the top showing the current status. Also, if you have your notifications turned on so that you receive notifications if your door opens / closes you should have received a notification directly through the Tailwind app (looks similar to a "door opened" notification) that said the service was down. We sent a follow up notification to all users this morning the same way.
Most of the services have now been restored. We have a few things left to do, but main functionality has been restored. We have not yet announced it because we are still monitoring everything for stability and performance, but we plan on announcing it shortly.
