Flashing Green Light

Can someone help me please?

i installed the IQ3 on Sat and it has flashing green light, i don't see anywhere from the manual saying anything about a flashing green light. i unplugged the power and plugged it back in after 10 sec, it was flashing RED light, then i push the reset button, it became flashing green light. The tailwind app says my device is offline. i tried to log out, close the app, reset the device...etc nothing works
