Google Home Intergration not working

I just installed my Tailwind, everything working fine except for Google Home. I was able to link it with Google Home and it shows up in Home.  When I try to give the voice commands I say;

Ok Google

Open "Garage door Name"

Google then gives me lists of places with that name that are open

Then I tried changing the name in the Tailwind App, deleted the google home integration in the Tail wind app and re-added it along with the pin code.  I also un-linked the tailwind app from my google home app and then re-added it.  Again it found my device fine and allowed me to move it to the appropriate room.  Again I tried all the different voice commands listed on the Tailwind site and I either get info etc for stores etc with the same or similar name, or if I type the request into google home on my phone I get that device is not set up or that device not found, or just takes me back to the google Home main page.

Nothing I seem to do can get Google home to either even recognize that the device exists or ignoring it and giving me info about a store or whatever, or it says device not set up.
