Sorry but you do not currently have access to this device...
My wife is setup as a user on my Tailwind and has been working for a few years however twice now she has gotten the message "Sorry but you do not currently have access to this device please check with the device owner for permission.".
I have tried going in to check her account and am getting "Connection timed out, try again later". When it does connect I'm able to disable her account which removes the door from her app, and when enabled places it back but she is still unable to open the door.
Please advise.
