Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa integrations stopped working

Is there a server problem or something?  I try to use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa and give command "Open Garage Door 1".  It asks for my code.  I give it.  Nothing happens.  Other times it will say something about it can't communicate with Tailwind.

  Still not working.  It says "Sorry, it looks like Tailwind is unavailable right now".

  I just tried ours via Alexa. It works opening and closing. No problems.
