Important Notice Received From Tailwind

A couple of days ago Tailwind sent an important message, notifying of need to delete and reinstall the Tailwind app as well as the need to disconnect/reconnect with Alexa. The notice showed up as a phone notification. Now I want to implement the instructions but can no longer find the notification. Where do I locate it?

  I am trying to do this "upgrade" and the Smart Home skill will not accept my tailwnd credentials (which i know are correct because the Custom skill did). Maybe want to wait until they respond to me and i can post back here.

  well i was able to unlink both sides, remove (forget) the device in Alexa, reboot everything (my phone and tailwind), then add both skills (custom and smart home) back. The smart home skill requires the pin. My credentials were accepted this time.

  I cannot find anywhere to add the "announce" effect when the garage door opens and closes, and i still don't know why they have 2 skills,

  Great video demo Scott, very helpful and now Alexa announces when my door opens and closes! Perfect.
