Alexa Smart Home Skill not working

I can enable the custom skill, but when I try to enable the Smart Home Skill I get the message "We were unable to link Tailwind Smart Home at this time."  I've read every article and watched every video I can find, I've tried to access it from my phone and my wife's phone, I've tried it multiple times over the course of 2 weeks with no luck.

  Same issue here.  My Alexa app says that the skill is enabled and the profile is linked, but when I ask Alexa to open/close the garage door, after asking for my pin, she says "alexa can't get your profile, please check your alexa integration settings in the tailwind app".  I've checked that a number of times and it says it's enabled.  Please help.
