Garage Unit goes offline sporadically

It seems that my unit decides to go offline a good bit through out the day. The app states it is offline and when I go out to the garage the light is Amber.

Is there anything in your logs that may give a clue as to why it keeps going offline?

I am thinking of moving the device closer to the wall of the garage so it will be just on the other side of the google hockey puck. I will just need to solder a longer wire on the magnet/sensor line to get it to where I want to move it. Unless you see an issue with extending that wire.

  Sorry I missed your comments earlier. I just saw them. I had a look at the logs and it looks like something is blocking communications intermittently. The yellow light means that the controller is successfully connected to your WiFi, but it can't reach our server for some reason. Could be a firewall setting.

  FYI. I moved the tailwind controller. It now reads -44. Plus side is that it is now reachable for maintenance as well.
