Install with genie opener

Have issues installing the wiring to the opener. The diagram I found on the site shows different from the wire connector on the back of the opener. For example the dirgram on line shows a BWC for two terminals and my unit shows PB/WC for the two terminals. The apps see the door and it makes the sounds before the door is to close but the door doesn’t move. Any help is appreciate
