Hey Scott - Just to let you know, I didn't receive the push notification. I'm also unable to log into the website. Don't know if the two are related.

"No device available!! Please link new device with your account." This is the message I receive in my devices

My device had disappeared from my account but now is back again...

However when I am clicking on setting it says "Authentication Failed"

Click ok and then it works, open/close the garage door

Also, I did notice that it takes couple of seconds more to login, or use the app

Thanks everyone. We are working on restoring service. I'll update the banner at the top of our support / community page back to "NORMAL STATUS" once everything is fixed, and we will push a notification through the app as well as I will post an update to my official comment at the top of this thread.

My previously set up Google Home integration is gone. I hope this is part of the service issue.

I received the notification, tailwind will not open or close using Google. Google home states tailwind unavailable. No device found.

Even if you do push out a notification, I won't get it since I cannot login to the app. I can login to the website and to this site and I know that I'm using the correct password. Trying to reset my password results in "Make sure network connection is ON". Same as then I try to login to the app. I guess I'll just check back tomorrow. Thanks for looking after this. I feel like a caveman using the garage door opener remote.

One client reported issues about 4 hours ago. I’ve been monitoring the support site for a resolution. Unfortunately, I can now also not log in to the Tailwind App (I double checked the login information) in addition to the failed integration for the client. Is this expected? Is there an ETR I can give my client?

Oddly enough, while now I can’t log into the app, it still showing push notifications and once again worked with Google Voice Assistant just now, so I’m sure they’re getting there.

Nearly as soon as I sent that comment, I checked again; and was able to login, pair the integration, and operate the doors successfully. Cautious optimism.
