Device Details Not Updated (Spinning Circle Doesn't Stop) - Can't open the door

My Android app is not showing my door device details in the device settings screen and there is a spinning circle doesn't stop.  My iQ3 is rev 1.3 2021.06.09 and the status is green and I also did a power cycle but same result.  My door doesn't appear on my app screen which I think is related to the lack of door device details in the app.

  Hi Brian,

  Please try the following steps. You'll need your email and password you used to create your Tailwind account for this. All settings will be restored when you finish this process:

  Log out of the Tailwind app

  Tap and hold on the Tailwind app icon

  Tap "i" or "info"

  Tap "Force Stop"

  Tap "Storage and cache"

  Tap "Clear cache"

  Tap "Clear storage"

  Restart your phone

  Login as an existing user with your email and password you used to create your Tailwind account

  Grant all requested permissions.

  Hopefully this resolves the issue for you. This is a known issue with recent Android OS updates. We are releasing an updated app shortly that should fix this and other bugs that came with recent Android updates.
