Notifications Working Intermittently

Hi Jason,
Please try restarting your Tailwind controller and also please check the door sensor to make sure it works. You can do that by opening / closing the door and see if it changes state in the app.
Micah I remotely pushed a firmware update to your Tailwind controller for you that should help with that.Comment actions -
I have the same issue. Hard to say when it started, maybe a couple of months ago. In addition to the history not being updated and notifications not being sent, the status of the door in linked services is not updated either. I have integrations with SmartThings and Google, and both of them show the door as open, even though it's actually closed and the Tailwind app shows it as closed. I think I've seen it it happening in the "open" state as well. It happens intermittently, but often enough to notice.
Scott Riesebosch is it a known issue? Any ETA for the fix?
Thank you.

Micah deVera that message means that for some reason the firmware udpate on the controller did not finish. You can try power cycling the controller and try again. If it still gives you an error please email support@gotailwind.com

VT please email support@gotailwind.com using whatever email address you used to register your Tailwind system (or at least provide it) so we can look up your account and troubleshoot it for you.
There have been a small number of reports of these issues but not widespread. We can check it for you. -
The same thing is happening to me. Intermittently no notification that the door is closed or open. Doesn’t matter if I use the hard wire button, the app, auto open, Alexa app, HomeKit, SmartThings, or Siri. This just started about a month or two ago. Up till then everything worked as normal. Using iPhone 12 on iOS 16.6 since installation. I feel that I can’t trust weather the door is open or closed at times, I actually have to go look for sure.
