Door tries to close but the door only travels about 1 to 2 feet and then re-opens

I have a 2 door garage. Door 1 works fine opening and closing with the app. Door 2 worked fine as well but I use it much less frequently than door 1. It used to work fine, I think. Anyway, recently noticed that for Door 2, it opens fine with the app but, as the title says, when I try to close it with the app, it will close 1 or 2 feet and then re-open. When I close it with the wall button, closes fine.

Doesn't make sense to me. If it closes fine with the wall button, shouldn't it work fine with the app. Aren't they basically doing the same thing?

I was reading other posts and found one that suggested to "close all" for something else. I'll try that to see what happens. I read about "pulses" but don't know much about those and never had to use them. Is there somewhere I can read up on those or can someone provide more details about those?
