Can't control garage with app.

Hi,

The garage control screen in my Android app is blank. It use to have a picture on the garage and whether it was open or closed. The image is gone (white screen) with the 3 line bottom on the bottom right. I tried resetting and reconnect the wifi, but it is still the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Joe,

  Sorry about that. If it does not automatically recover please do the following:

  
  You'll need your email and password you used to create your Tailwind account for this. All settings will be restored when you finish this process:

  ​

  Log out of the Tailwind app

  Tap and hold on the Tailwind app icon

  Tap "i" or "info"

  Tap "Force Stop"

  Tap "Storage and cache"

  Tap "Clear cache"

  Tap "Clear storage"

  Tap "uninstall"

  Restart your phone

  ​

  Go to the Playstore and search for "Tailwind garage".

  Download our app again.

  Login as an existing user with your email and password you used to create your Tailwind account

  Grant all requested permissions.

  ​

  Hopefully this resolves the issue for you.
