SmartThings Integration not working

My Smartthings integration with Tailwind stopped working today. The Tailwind app still works and controls the garage door and gets its status. I tried removing the Linked Service from Smartthings to Tailwind and recreating the device/service but it still isn't able to control the door or get status from it. What should I try next?

  Please also delete the ST integration from the Tailwind app. Then add it back. When an integration breaks it's usually because something happened to the token that made it expire / become invalid.
  
  If you unlink Tailwind in ST and then you delete / re-add the integration in the Tailwind app it refreshes the token and you should be able to re-link successfully and restore function.

  I deleted the integration in tailwind and ST and it's still not working correctly... works about half the time. ST can tell when the door goes into open state. It can't tell when it goes into closed state. The Tailwind app always has the right status. ST can control the door when it happens to have the right state.
