Tailwind Watch app says “purchased” but I can’t get it to load on my new watch.

I recently got a new apple watch and everything seemed to migrate over to the new device with the exception of my Tailwind app. When I go into the app store it shows the app is purchased but doesn’t show up on the watch and there’s no button to click to do anything. How can I get the watch app back on my new watch?

  Hi Chris,

  The Tailwind Watch app is a completely separate app from the one on your iPhone (although it will use the iPhone app to verify identity upon initial login with a PIN code). Because of this, if you visit the app store on your iPhone it will show that it was purchased because you downloaded it to your Apple Watch, but because it is designed for your watch you cannot download it on your iPhone.
  
  The solution - visit the App Store on your Apple Watch.
